Speak directly to a computer technician - no need to try to explain your issue to a call centre operator.
You can watch everything I do (if you want to) and learn how to fix it yourself in the future (my backgound is in training and I love to explain what I'm doing)
No need to disconnect any cables or carry a heavy PC to a store
Some issues (like internet connection issues) cannot be replicated at a shop - someone needs to be on-site to fix it
Qualified/certified technician - You'll be getting advice from a technician qualified in Microsoft operating systems and software (see my resume)
