• Install and update some anti-virus software.  A good free one is AVG Free.
• Transfer 'My Documents' (for each user if appropriate)
• Transfer 'Favorites' from your browser
• Transfer your email files (if stored on your PC). You can Google to find the location of the files which varies depending on your email software and email version. (eg Type the following into a Google search window 'Location of files for Outlook 2003 on Windows XP')
• Install the following free items: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Flash & Shockwave players for your browser
